Hi. First of all, I want to say: thank you for stopping by the site. I am super excited to be engaged. I am so happy to be marrying Daniel who is, by far, the most loving man I have ever met. But I suppose I should probably tell you a little bit about me. :) | |

I was born in St. Augustine, Florida though we moved to Orlando shortly after I was born. When I was 8 years old, my parents divorced and my mother, brother and I moved to the cold, cold, cold lands of Minnesota. I moved around Minnesota a lot after that, but eventually settled in Moorhead, Minnesota. I went to Minnesota State University Moorhead and earned my degree in Speech Language Hearing Sciences, a certificate in Special Education and minor in Psychology. After all that, I decided my real passion was in the non-profit world. I work now as the Program Manager for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and I love it!
I fill my spare time to the brim with all my activities. I like to build websites (like this one) from 'scratch'. I read a lot. I have really gotten into photography lately (mostly because of Daniel) but he says I have a real eye for it! ;) I also like writing, sewing, crocheting, playing video games, camping, hiking, board games, etc. Let's see: I am also a board member of the League of Women Voter's in my local community. I love being actively involved and hope to do more in the future. In highschool I was involved in Speech, Mock Trial, Student Congress, Debate, etc. so it's always been my love! I'm sucker for chocolate or sushi and will probably be your friend if you give me either and your best friend if you give me both. ;) If you want to know anything more, just ask! Thanks! |

But I suppose I should probably tell you a little bit about me. (I didn't know a good intro so I stole Amanda's). I was born and raised in West Fargo, ND. I went to West Fargo High school and was active in Art, Track and Cross Country. |

I was captain of my Track and Cross Country team and was also a School Board Artist where one of the pictures I worked on is on display throughout the schools of West Fargo. After High School I attended Northwest Tech for Graphic Design. I graduated with honors and went on to work for the biggest photography studio in the Fargo Area. I've worked there for the last five years. I study and shoot photography on my own time; even though ND doest have the most impressive Landscape I enjoy shooting that style the most.
I have a website of my work at: DanFrancisPhotography.com. Which Amanda and I designed and built. I've had 1500 people visit the site from all over the world.
I fill my spare time with working on pictures, learning about different ways/ideas of photoshop/Photography, Playing Tennis, watching movies/T.V.(Heroes, Lost,Scrubs,Smallville, The Office) and reading Graphic Novels. I'm currently a member of the Fargo Moorhead Camera Club. I will probably be your friend if you tell me you enjoy Photography and like my work and you'll be my best friend if you buy some of my work. ;) If you want to know anything more, just ask! Thanks! |
